On Monday,Facebook releasing two new search tools to get dept-insights for news organizations and marketers,real-time social conversation,occurring on Facebook.Concern on television shows,big news,breaking news,sports news or such events.
“This is a way for news organizations to tap into and understand what people are talking about,” said Andy Mitchell, Facebook’s director of partnerships, in an interview. “The possibilities are kind of endless, once we have this in the hands of talented, creative journalists.”
these new tools used by the news organization to use keywords which are high concerned in the news.Facebook allow to search personal post on those topic which are either created by company or user,is public.But other one will give the demographics of the Facebook private post in the form of graphs,gender and age of the commenter's.these tools will cane the other social networks such as Twitter which is leading social micro blogging platform.But Facebook is having 5 times more users “roughly” than twitter,but facebook is not the public social networks,posted post either seen by friends or other small groups,to work on these tools privacy policies will changed by Facebook to carry out.
Initially this services handed to some news company such as Buzzfeed, CNN, NBC News, Sky Television and Slate for testing and improvement.Mass Relevance will also have access to these tools. which helps other companies to analyze and use social media to improve interaction with customers.

“As a news organization, we’re always trying to answer what our people talking about,” Ryan Osborn, vice president of digital innovations and social media at NBC News, said in an interview.
“KC Estenson, senior vice president and general manager of CNN Digital, said that CNN hopes to get different insights from the Facebook data than it currently gets from Twitter.”
