"We are pleased that Tower Infinity will boast the third highest observation deck in the world and will become the world’s first “invisible tower” through the use of a sophisticated LED facade system with optical cameras,
says Michael Collins, Director at GDS.
How it is possible:

If the projection is not broadcasting the tower designed in such way that have some built-in transparency with the help of clear glass and has an open floor so visitor can view all down multilevel levels.
Main purpose for this tower is advertisements and the leisure, projection can also broadcast even if there are special events.Skyscraper include a water park, movie theaters' and restaurants'.This tower be the third high-rises deck in the world.Project is planned outside of the Seoul’s International Airport.
